Natural fibers needed prepped for max absorbency
Trainers should be prepped before fist use:
Wash 5X in hot water (no detergent) with a cold rinse, tumble dry medium The hot wash/tumble dry high prepping will shrink trainers to their appropriate size and “sponge up” the material for the maximum absorbency. Expect a 5-10% shrink. Trainers can be used after 3 rounds of wash/dry prepping, but will be a their maximum absorbency after 8-10 cycles
